How to make Peanut Butter Cupcakes:

Cupcake Batter:

1. Weigh and whisk almond flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.

2. In the same bowl, add peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and whisk.

3. Evenly distribute batter into a lined and greased cupcake pan

4. Bake at 300 degrees for 14 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Frosting:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk softened cream cheese with peanut butter, maple syrup, honey, and vanilla.

2. If frosting is too thick, add small amounts of honey and/or maple syrup for a thinner consistency.

3. Once cupcakes have cooled, fill your piping bag and begin to pipe on the frosting using a star tip. You can garnish by sprinkling cinnamon on top.

And there you have it! These delicious peanut butter cupcakes will make any pup go crazy.
