Dr. Marcie Campion is a distinguished leader with 35 years of global experience in the pet food industry. She has held pivotal roles at The Iams Company, Procter & Gamble, Mars, Pro-Pet, and Cargill Pet Care, spanning R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Professional Sales, and Technical Services. Dr. Campion has a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence, including leading new product development, collaborating with regulatory officials, and chairing the Nutrition Sub-Committee for the Pet Food Institute. She also served as R&D Global Claims Manager at P&G and later as Vice President of Technical Services at Pro-Pet, overseeing Food Safety, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and New Business Development. After Pro-Pet’s acquisition by Cargill, she became the Global Technical Lead for Pet. Since retiring in February 2025, Dr. Campion has been consulting with various companies in the pet industry. She holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition from the University of California, Davis.
