The Itch Factor: Taming Pet Allergies

Is your pet constantly scratching, licking, or dealing with chronic ear infections? Join Dr. Katy Miller DVM, a veterinarian and nutritionist, to learn how to tackle the "itch factor". This class breaks down why pets get itchy and gives you a clear game plan to help them feel comfortable again. What we’ll cover:
  • Identifying the Signs: Learn to spot everything from "hot spots" and hair loss to gassy tummies and paw licking.
  • The "Allergy Stacking" Strategy: Most pets have multiple triggers; find out how to lower their "allergen load" to stop symptoms before they start.
  • The Big Three: A deep dive into flea saliva reactions, food sensitivities, and environmental triggers like pollen or dust mites.
  • Dietary Trials: Get the facts on how to run a real elimination diet using novel or hydrolyzed proteins to identify food triggers.
  • Practical Management: Tips for supporting the skin barrier with Omega-3s and probiotics, plus home hacks like washing bedding and wiping paws.
Stop the cycle of inflammation and trauma and leave with a personalized Allergy Action Plan for your pet.
